Olympian Gaming collects personal information only when you voluntarily submit the contact form on our website. The fields we collect are:

Beyond your contact form submission, we collect limited, aggregate analytics about visits to this website, described under “Website analytics” below. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not build individual profiles of visitors.
How we use your information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We may retain a copy of your submission in our records for context during follow-up communication.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic to this website — such as page views, referring sites, general geographic region, and browser and device type. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies or other client-side storage, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not collect any personally identifiable information. We have enabled the option to exclude visitor data originating in the European Union. This aggregate measurement data is processed by Cloudflare on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare Turnstile
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible widget mode to protect against spam and automated abuse. Turnstile may set cookies or use other local storage mechanisms to assess whether a submission is legitimate. Cloudflare Turnstile operates under its own privacy policy, available at https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/turnstile-privacy-policy/.
Resend
We use Resend to deliver contact form submissions by email. Your name and email address are included as the reply-to address so we can respond to your message directly. Resend processes this data as a service provider on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox and retained in accordance with our normal email retention practices. We do not maintain a separate database of contact form submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile retains challenge data for its own spam-detection purposes in accordance with its privacy policy.
Your rights
If you would like to request deletion of information you previously submitted through our contact form, please email privacy@olympiangaming.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle your information, we will update this page with a revised date. For significant changes, we may also notify you directly.
