Olympian Gaming collects information only when you voluntarily submit the contact form on our website. The fields we collect are:

We do not collect browsing data, analytics cookies, or any information about your visit beyond the contact form submission.
How we use your information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We may retain a copy of your submission in our records for context during follow-up communication.

We use the following third-party services to process contact form submissions:
Cloudflare Turnstile
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible widget mode to protect against spam and automated abuse. Turnstile may set cookies or use other local storage mechanisms to assess whether a submission is legitimate. Resend
We use Resend to deliver contact form submissions by email. Your name and email address are included as the reply-to address so we can respond to your message directly. Resend processes this data as a service provider on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox and retained in accordance with our normal email retention practices. We do not maintain a separate database of contact form submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile retains challenge data for its own spam-detection purposes in accordance with its privacy policy.
Your rights
If you would like to request deletion of information you previously submitted through our contact form, please email info@olympiangaming.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle your information, we will update this page with a revised date. For significant changes, we may also notify you directly.
