Uncarded Player Tracking is a patented system that identifies casino patrons and tracks their play without requiring a physical player card. Traditional player tracking programs rely on guests inserting or tapping a card into a machine to begin accumulating points and rewards, creating friction that can deter participation and frustration when players inadvertently lose their cards (or leave them in a machine).
This technology eliminates that friction by automatically recognizing eligible players through the chain of TITO tickets generated as they move from machine-to-machine. The result is higher enrollment rates, more accurate play tracking, and a smoother guest experience.
